What is the difference between the Segway Ninebot Max G30P and Max G30LP?
The simplest way to differentiate both Max models is to keep in mind their range and weight. The Max G30P has a longer range of 65 km and a weight of 19 kg. The Max G30LP has a range of 40 km and a lighter weight of 17.5 kg. They also differ and size in colour with the G30P in black and the slightly smaller G30LP in light grey.

What improvments does the gen 2 motor give you over the older version?

Can the Ninebot Max fit in the boot of a small car?
Yes, the Max G30P and Max G30LP easily folds and clips to be more compact and will fit most car boots. We've tested several, including a Mazda 3, and found no problems.
I weight more than 100 kg. Can I still get the Ninebot Max?
Yes, we've tested the Ninebot Max and it can carry a weight of more than 100 kg. However, a reduction in performance might be experienced.
Can I use the Ninebot Max as a manual kickscooter?
Yes, you can. This is particularly helpful when you're in a crowded street or have drained your battery. You can also use Pedestrian Mode for a kick/accelerate ride.
Does the Ninebot Max have lights?
The Max G30P and Max G30LP have a front light and tail light that's helpful during your commutes at night.

Does the Ninebot Max have suspension?
The Ninebot Max does not have built-in suspension. But you can upgrade your scooter by installing the Monorim suspension kits. We stock 2 kinds of front suspension: spring and air, as well as rear suspension for better all-around riding comfort.
Does the Ninebot Max come with a charger?
Yes, the Ninebot Max already comes with a charger. The one stocked in our accessories section is an extra.
Do you stock chargers for the Ninebot Max?
Yes, we do stock spare chargers for the Ninebot Max G30LP. For G30P, please inquire if you lose the cable and we can process this for you.
Does the Ninebot Max have a built in charger?
Yes, the Ninebot Max G30P Global Edition has a built in charger, requiring only a cable connecting directly into the scooter's charger port.

No, the Ninebot Max doesn't need to be registered.
Do you have a serial number for the Ninebot Max?
Unfortunately, we do not keep a list of serial numbers. But you can find it on a white sticker stuck on your scooter's box. To make it easier for future servicing and repairs, it's best to keep note of of your serial number as soon as you get your scooter.

What size of the electric scooter carry bag fits the Ninebot Max?
The Medium size fits great on the Segway Ninebot Max G30LP while the Large size fits the Segway Ninebot Max G30P better. The Large size also has special handlebar compartments which is great if your handlebars don't fold.
What kind of tyres does the Ninebot Max have?
The Segway Ninebot Max G30P has pneumatic puncture-resistant tyres. The Max G30LP has tubeless pneumatic self-healing tyres. They are called self-healing because the tyres are pre-filled with tyre slime which allows them to be more flat-resistant.
Can you help me install the Monorim suspension on my Ninebot Max? How long will it take? How much will it cost?
