Shipping Policy All Electric Kicks products are shipped via express courier site-wide unless otherwise stated. All products are shipped from our warehouse located in Melbourne VIC and Perth WA (whichever is closest to the customer, depends on availability of product). All products are shipped via courier. Customers will be sent a tracking link upon fulfilment of their orders. We strive to dispatch as many orders on the same day they are placed provided they are placed by 12 noon, Monday - Friday. Unfortunately, we can't guarantee this will be achievable on every order. Same day order dispatch is not applicable to public holidays in Victoria, Australia. While Electric Kicks strive to do the above for every order, there may be exceptions where this may not be possible. These can include: Customer order time (eg. public holidays, weekends, courier cut off times) Delays out of our control (delays from shipping, customs, couriers, missing orders, lost orders) Pre-orders - Times can vary significantly as we are often dependant on customs and delivery to our warehouse plus backlogs of orders. Other circumstances out of our control. Despite the above, we will do our best to rectify any situations which will impact our ability to deliver in a timely manner. We cannot take responsibility for the actions of couriers as we have little control once the order is picked up. This includes if couriers leave packages in an unsafe area or don't deliver to the correct address. While such occurrences are extremely rare, If this occurs, we will do our best to help rectify the situation. Please understand that once the courier has picked up their order, there is little control we have over delivery times.
