the product has done no more than 1,000 kilometres in total, or;
the vehicle has not been used as a courier or delivery vehicle; and;
the warranty claim is being submitted by the product's original owner.

Great scooter. Easy to use. Foldable. Makes life very easy.

The product was great but I think they needed to change couriers. If we didn’t contacted To My Door my scooter will just sit in the warehouse for couple of days. It already arrive in Mildura days ago when we called for an update. Good thing they send it when we called. I guess it’s not on priority or I’m not sure.

Pure Air 3 Pro + Happy Customer.

I love the 25Kl A/H its plenty for getting around. Managed to get 33ks out of my first charge I hope to get a lot more from my second. Unfortunately I did not consider suspension when I bought mine. Definitely buy a mirror.

A Solid Commuter

This scooter is a solid ride and I recommend it. It's well made, stylish, and relatively zippy with consistent power. I get about 75% of the advertised range (riding in sports mode). Suspension would of taken this scooter to the next level, and it's a pity the handlebars don't fold down like the Pure Advance model. The Pure app doesn't give an accurate account of how many kms are left on the battery charge (which is a minor frustration). Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase. It's a fantastic and fun way of commuting to work.
