The Phantom has more performance than I will ever need in a scooter. For my use I find it very hard to fault, and I would unhesitatingly recommend it to anyone else considering buying a scooter.

Not a great experience

Took me 2 weeks to get my scooter apollo phantom V3 and when I called the store to know what happed, they said that supposed to take just 3-4 days but not with me, just got a sorry from the attendant but no action take. Wasn't a good experience buy with that store at all.

Love it

This is my 5th e-scooter and the best thus far which you would expect given development time etc.I’m disable so i also have an e-trike and DIY e-bike. As Apollo state this v3 is silky smooth i have no problems at slow speed, any speed for that matter. Bit of mind retrain to use the regen brake and i did move the controls closer to my hands both throttles are too far in with brakes attached how they are. Finally decent stock lights and i do find the tyres deflate too quickly(as i have read). I like how the V2 can used the v3 upgrade kit plus plenty of Youtube how to videos.Also excellent follow up on the delivery process to make sure i got it.

When searching for a scooter to commute to work I wanted something that was easy for a first time rider and something that was going to be future proof as I got familiar and more experienced with the scooter. The Phantom V3 had everything I wanted. 3 user set modes to allow me to select on the fly a speed to max out to and then the option for LUDO. The re-gen braking as very good and saves using the normal brakes that come with the scooter. But even so the brakes will work and are great. Im over 6ft and the scooter is perfect for me. Over all the Phantom meets all my needs and EK have been awesome thru out the whole process. Support has been quick to respond to all my questions. I would recommend highly.
