Electric Kicks ships out your order through Priority Express couriers, free of charge, anywhere in Australia. Any order over $199 qualifies for free shipping, while orders under that amount require $9.95 shipping. Generally orders are shipped the same day if ordered before 12pm.

Please note that Shipping Times are an estimate and can vary depending on factors outside of our control. Once the order has shipped we have very little control over delays. Melbourne - 1-2 business days, same-day delivery when applicable, click and collect ready within 1 hour

Regional Victoria - 5-10 business days (depending on location outside metro area and courier availability)

Sydney, Canberra, Adelaide - 3-5 business days

New South Wales - 3-5 business days

Brisbane - 3-5 business days

Regional Queensland - 5-7 business days (depending on location outside metro area and courier availability)

South Australia - 3-5 business days

Cairns - 5-7 business days

Darwin - 7 business days

Tasmania - 7-9 business days

Perth - 7-9 business days

Regional WA - 10-14 business days (depending on location outside metro area and courier availability)

Please note that due to limited courier availability and increased shipping costs, orders outside metro areas and to regional areas of Australia may incur an additional shipping fee. Some examples include Alice Springs, Katherine, and remote communities outside Darwin; Weipa, Mount Isa, Longreach, Birdsville, and more. Does Electric Kicks have a warranty policy?
All new products purchased from Electric Kicks come with a 12 month warranty by default.

When can I send my product back to Electric Kicks for a warranty issue?
A product can be returned to Electric Kicks for a warranty issue at any point in the 12 month Limited Warranty period, provided:

• the product has done no more than 1,000 kilometres in total, or;
• the vehicle has not been used as a courier or delivery vehicle; and;
• the warranty claim is being submitted by the product's original owner.

The 12 month Limited Warranty starts when the item is dispatched from an Electric Kicks depot, or the day the Customer collects their order from an Electric Kicks depot.

Electric Kicks has a 30-day return policy, meaning any Customer can return a product, or products included in their purchase within 30 days of that purchase, with the date the order is dispatched from the Electric Kicks depot, or collected by the Customer from an Electric Kicks depot serving as day 1 of this period.

Our Service Department is now open to all e-scooter riders regardless of whether they purchased their ride from us or another retailer.
