Aventon Pace 350.2 Step Through Electric Bike

Lovely bike to ride. Comfortable and it feels so effortless when you ride it. The seat is on the chunky side but okay otherwise. The battery lasts for a really long time - no problems there. Happy with this bike

I ordered 2 x Aventon 350.2 bikes online after extensive research. I had missed the $50.00 first order discount, however I was kindly offered a credit back onto my credit card following full payment, which i thought was great service.
I received updated tracking information from organisation to allay any concerns considering this was for me a significant purchase.
They arrived a day earlier than expected thankfully my wife was home at the time.
I had already been sent videos of the build process, so when the bikes arrived in boxes i was quite confident i could put them together. The video indicated it was easy and i can confirm I had no bother at all putting these together by myself. There is written instructions in the box as well. The bikes were partially built on arrival and the care in packing was extensive, so no scratches etc.
We charged the bikes as instructed and have had them out a few times since. We love them. My wife is only 5ft so we ordered the step through small/medium. We had tested a few bikes in retail stores but neither had the ability to easily adjust the seat low as much as the Aventon. This meant my wife who had not ridden for many many years was able to plant her feet flat on the ground until she gains more confidence. At roughly 20kg the bikes are not light but surprisingly easy to ride without power assistance, which was another surprise for me.
My whole experience through ordering, delivery, building and now riding has been very positive and i have no hesitation in recommending the bike to anyone of any age group, you wont be disappointed.

This is not only a awesome looking bike, it is easy to handle, and provides other options with the throttle. It was extremely well priced based on others that l have looked at. The staff at electric kicks were helpful and very knowledgeable about the bike, and easy to deal with.

Very pleased with the Aventon Pace. Solid, comfortable and quick. It has effectively replaced our second car. It makes getting around our suburb a breeze.

Luke at Electric Kick was very helpful and patient. I was able to try the bike out before I bought it. I got a good deal and the bike was delivered very quickly.
