Power it off and choose a cool and dry indoor location. Do not store in excessively cold or hot environments, and avoid storing your Aventon Aventure.2 outdoors for extended periods. Store the bike upright and avoid hanging it by the handlebars or seatpost. Remember to fully charge your battery if you are going to be storing your Aventure.2 for longer than 4 weeks.

If you intend to store the Aventon Aventure.2 for an extended period, be sure not to leave the battery attached to the bike frame. Remove it from your ebike, and remember to charge the battery to a 75-80% range. Leaving it completely discharged can damage the battery. Afterwards, keep checking to make sure the battery percentage doesn't drop under 75%.
